Project Delivery Guarantee
At Yaqeen Data, every project begins with an assessment of its requirements, scope, and feasibility.
If I formally accept a project or begin working on it, but later determine that I cannot deliver the agreed work due to limitations in my expertise or capabilities, I guarantee a refund of the amount paid for the work I am unable to deliver.
If the entire agreed service cannot be delivered, the full amount paid for that service will be refunded.
This guarantee applies only to accepted or commenced project work. It does not guarantee specific business outcomes or cover changes in project requirements outside the agreed scope.
An inquiry, a project discussion or a consultation is not an accepted project. Formal acceptance is an approved proposal, a written scope, an agreement or an equivalent documented commitment.
