Starting prices are minimums for each package's defined scope, not binding quotes. Larger or regulated projects need an individual proposal.

Third-party prices are set by each provider. They are not part of our fees unless your written agreement says otherwise.
04 | What happens next
Online payment is not available on this website yet. For consultations, payment instructions are sent by email after your request is reviewed; for projects, payment terms are set in your written agreement. Card details are never collected on this website. Sending a request or holding a discussion does not guarantee that a project will be accepted.
Cancellations and refunds for consultation sessions follow the Consultation Refund Policy. Project commitments are covered by the Project Delivery Guarantee.
Projects
At Yaqeen Data, every project begins with an assessment of its requirements, scope, and feasibility.
If I formally accept a project or begin working on it, but later determine that I cannot deliver the agreed work due to limitations in my expertise or capabilities, I guarantee a refund of the amount paid for the work I am unable to deliver.
If the entire agreed service cannot be delivered, the full amount paid for that service will be refunded.
This guarantee applies only to accepted or commenced project work. It does not guarantee specific business outcomes or cover changes in project requirements outside the agreed scope.
An inquiry, a project discussion or a consultation is not an accepted project. Formal acceptance is an approved proposal, a written scope, an agreement or an equivalent documented commitment.

No. A starting price is the advertised minimum for a package's defined scope. Your final price is given in a written quotation after reviewing the project's complexity, deliverables, timeline and risks, and it can be higher or lower than the starting price. You are not asked to pay the starting price.
Yes. Every package includes a project discussion at no additional cost, and you can also book a free 30-minute Discuss a Project session, once per project. It is a scoping conversation, not a troubleshooting or implementation session.
Third-party costs such as cloud hosting, database subscriptions, software licences and API usage, and applicable taxes, unless your written agreement says otherwise.

By its type and length, and by how many sessions of that type you have booked before: some sessions are free or use introductory prices. The booking page shows your exact price before you confirm.
Change requests and out-of-scope work are handled as your written agreement sets out, so their effect on price and timeline is agreed in writing.
Consultation sessions follow the Consultation Refund Policy, including the cancellation and rescheduling terms. Projects follow your written agreement and the Project Delivery Guarantee.
