Consultation Refund Policy
Paid consultations are separate from project implementation services and are not covered by the Project Delivery Guarantee.
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has taken place, regardless of whether the consultation leads to a project or produces a particular outcome.
Cancellation, rescheduling, missed appointments, and any mandatory refund rights are governed by the applicable booking terms and laws.
Booking terms for consultations
- Cancelled on the day you made the booking: the full fee is returned.
- Cancelled earlier than the day before the appointment: 75% is returned.
- Cancelled on the day before the appointment: 50% is returned.
- Cancelled on the day of the appointment: not refundable.
- Missed appointment: the fee is kept.
- Rescheduling: the first change is free; a second change costs SAR 10; the time cannot be changed a third time.
- Refunds are returned to the same account within one working week.
- Payment: card and Apple Pay payments are made when you book, once online payment is available; a payment link must be paid within two days, otherwise the booking is cancelled and its time released.
Days are calendar days in Riyadh time. These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
Payments, refunds and your data
Online payment is not available yet. You can submit your consultation request, and payment arrangements will be provided after review. A payment is recorded only once it has been received and verified, and card details are never collected on this website.
Consultation fees and refunds follow the Consultation Refund Policy above. A refund, when one is due, is shown as completed only after the payment provider or bank confirms it.
To manage your bookings fairly, this website stores your name, verified email, the consultation type, your appointment history and fees, payment and refund status, and, for student discussions, your eligibility answers. Scheduling is handled by Cal.com. These services may store data outside Saudi Arabia. You can ask for your data to be corrected or deleted by emailing yaqeen@yaqeendata.com.
